These include Northeast Electric Power Design Institute Co., Ltd. of China Power Engineering Consulting Group, Zhejiang Electric Power Design Institute Co., Ltd. of China Energy Engineering Group and Central South Electric Power Design Institute Co., Ltd. of China Power Engineering Consulting Group, with a bid price of more than 5.7 billion yuan .

on December 4, 2023 On October 24, Zhongnengjian Songyuan Hydrogen Energy Industrial Park issued the EPC tender announcement for the green hydrogen ammonia alcohol integration project, which is located in Songyuan City, Jilin Province. We will build a plant with an annual output of 45000 tons of hydrogen from electrolytic water, 200000 tons of synthetic ammonia and 20000 tons of synthetic methanol. Supporting construction of 800MW wind and solar new energy (wind power 750MW, photovoltaic power generation 50MW/60MWp), two 220kV booster stations, one 220kV step-down station, 220kV tie line and outgoing line, electrochemical energy storage, electrolytic cell assembly plant, etc.
The project requires the bidder to have the performance of EPC general contracting of one 100MW and above wind power project and one 50MW and above photovoltaic project in the past five years or the performance of EPC general contracting of electrolytic hydrogen production and synthetic ammonia with an annual output of 100,000 tons and above. The planned construction period of the
project is 21 months, and the consortium bidding is accepted.
