Recently, in order to ensure the stability of sand mining order in Nanchang River during the period of Two sessions, the municipal water administrative comprehensive law enforcement detachment has been deployed ahead of schedule, carefully organized and promoted as a whole, focusing on the key waters, sensitive waters and border waters of river sand mining management, and carrying out "deterrence of boat formation patrolling the river, joint publicity and defense of key waters". The three-level joint operation mode of "land + waterway + remote video" was adopted to maintain the high-pressure situation of cracking down on illegal sand mining, continuously strengthen the on-site supervision of river sand mining, and maintain the stability of river sand mining management order during Two sessions.
On February 17, Nanchang Water Administration Comprehensive Law Enforcement Detachment organized relevant county and district water administration brigades to carry out centralized and unified actions of provinces, cities and counties at the junction of Sanjiang, Jinxian and Sanzhoutou in Nanchang County, and invited the technical center of the Provincial Water Resources Department to participate in the whole process of guidance. The law enforcement work is mainly carried out from four aspects, the first is to coordinate and strengthen the management and control of key river waters; the second is to respond quickly and improve the reporting and handling mechanism. Third, cross-regional joint logistics linkage to strengthen comprehensive law enforcement; fourth, all personnel enforce the law and actively maintain stability 24 hours a day; and carry out targeted cross-border mobile law enforcement by water administration departments, "UAV" large-scale patrol, on-site supervision of sand mining supervision, and publicity of sending law into enterprises, through on-site inspection, on-site inspection of sand mining law enforcement work in various places.
