In order to ensure the smooth progress of river sand mining in 2023, on the morning of January 3, Peng Kaixian, Vice Mayor of Nanchang City, chaired a report meeting on the river sand mining plan in 2023. Wang Xiaowen, the first-level investigator of the municipal government, Yang Xianguo, the director of the Municipal Water Conservancy Bureau, the fourth-level investigator of the Municipal Water Conservancy Bureau, Mao Hongxing, the executive deputy director of the Municipal Sand Mining Office, and the principal persons in charge of the Municipal Trading and Investment Group and Ganchang Company participated in the meeting.
At the meeting, the Municipal Water Conservancy Bureau made a detailed report on the progress of the preparation and implementation of the river sand mining plan in 2023. Ganchang Company reported the details of the mining area and mining volume changes in 2023, and put forward plans for the construction of normative sand yards.
The meeting pointed out that the first is to study and judge the situation. It is necessary to ensure that the mining volume meets the requirements of the current five-year sand mining plan, and at the same time meet the needs of the people's livelihood and economic development. Two, we should focus on the key points and restore the market. To focus on large mining areas and projects, sand mining enterprises should seize the window period of economic recovery, take the road of marketization, and ensure that the market share will be increased to 50%. Third, we should sum up our experience and make good plans. We should earnestly summarize, contact professional and technical units in advance, and actively communicate, so as to lay a foundation for a new round of five-year sand mining planning.
