In order to ensure the safety and precise assembly of prefabricated piers, the project adopts new equipment such as positioning base, turning bracket and fine adjustment counterforce seat. In the aspect of prefabrication, the matching positioning base is adopted, so that the embedded parts of the bearing platform and the prefabricated pier column sleeves correspond to each other one by one, and the manufacturing error is reduced. In the aspect of transportation, the turning bracket is used to cooperate with the crane to complete two times of turning smoothly, so as to reduce the transportation error. In terms of installation, the verticality of the pier column is adjusted by fine adjustment of the counterforce seat and the Jack, and the millimeter-level accuracy is achieved. first prefabricated pier column of the assembled bridge has accelerated the opening of the main line bridge at the end of 2023 for the reconstruction and construction of National Highway 107. The application of new technology not only strengthens the quality and safety control of the project, but also greatly saves the construction period of the bridge substructure and effectively reduces the impact on social traffic, which marks that Hubei Province has entered a new stage of development of bridge assembly construction.
