Lingshui County of Hainan Province Successfully Transferred the Mining Right of a Granite Mine for Construction with a Transaction Price of 1.82 Billion yuan

On September 26, the mining right of the granite mine for construction in the mining area of Datie Village, Qunying Township, Lingshui County, Hainan Province was successfully sold. It is planned to sell for 20 years, with an annual output of 2.5 million cubic meters and an initial listing price of 1.8 billion yuan. Haiken (Lingshui) New Environmental Protection Building Materials Co., Ltd. won 1.802 billion yuan, with a premium of 2 million yuan. The mining area of the

project is 0.75 square kilometers, with a resource reserve of 49.915 million cubic meters.

It is understood that Haiken (Lingshui) New Environmental Protection Building Materials Co., Ltd. was established in August 2023 with a registered capital of 700 million yuan. It was jointly funded by Hainan Agricultural Reclamation Natural Resources Development Group Co., Ltd., Lingshui Li Autonomous County Development Holding Group Co., Ltd. and China Railway 19 Bureau Group Co., Ltd., accounting for 51%, 29% and 20% of the shares respectively.

Lingshui Li Autonomous County, located in the southeast of Hainan Island, is rich in mineral resources, including metallic and non-metallic mineral deposits. Metallic mineral deposits include kaolin, zircon, monazite, rutile, pyrite, gold, etc. Non-metallic mineral deposits include porcelain clay, granite, etc.

The General Plan for Land and Space of Lingshui Li Autonomous County (2020-2035) shows that it is necessary to rationally and orderly develop construction sand and stone minerals and promote the spatial distribution of mineral resources exploration and development to be more rational.
