Successfully sold the mining right of a granite mine for construction in Danzhou, Hainan, with a turnover of 1.552 billion yuan

On August 2, the mining right of granite mine for construction in Duanmenling Mining Area (Phase II) of Xipei Farm in Danzhou City, Hainan Province was successfully sold for 20 years, with an initial listing price of 1.45 billion yuan. Haiken (Danzhou) New Building Materials Co., Ltd. won the bid with 1.552 billion yuan, with a premium of 102 million yuan. The mining area of the

project is 0.92 square kilometers, with resource reserves of 41.426 million cubic meters.

According to the Digital Building Materials DataBM. Com, Danzhou is located in the northwest of the Hainan Island, adjacent to the Beibu Gulf. The General Plan for Mineral Resources of Hainan Province (2021-2025) points out that during the planning period, granite exploration for machine-made sand for building stones will be carried out. On the basis of the previous selection of exploration areas, Changxinling of Huangling Farm in Tunchang County, Shimuling of Kunlun Farm in Chengmai County, Daling of Longhe Town in Dingan County, Tuihe Village of Yaxing Town in Danzhou City, Zhatao Village of Tianya District in Sanya City, Datie Village of Qunying Township in Lingshui County, Bitou Village of Heshe Town in Lingao County and other places were selected to carry out the detailed survey of granite for machine-made sand in building stones. Seven to eight new granite mines for construction will be added to meet the demand for building stones in the "14th Five-Year Plan" and to reserve part of the resources for the "15th Five-Year Plan".

Promote the construction of sand and gravel aggregate base. We will promote large and medium-sized resource-scale mines such as Dayuan Village in Jiyang District of Sanya City, Dayueling in Zhongjian Farm of Tunchang County, Daling in Longhe Town of Dingan County, Chetian Village in Beida Town of Wanning City, Datie Village in Qunying Township of Lingshui County, Daqingshan East Mine Section in Nanchen Farm of Danzhou City, and Duanmen in Xipei Farm of Danzhou City, and build a large-scale integrated production base of building stone-machine-made sand. A number of building stone mining bases with an annual production scale of more than 5 million tons have been formed.
