Guizhou Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, together with the Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment, interviewed some cement enterprises on peak staggering product

In order to implement the relevant requirements of the Notice on Staggered Production of Cement Industry in 2023 issued by the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Guizhou Province and the Department of Ecology and Environment of Guizhou Province (Qian Gong Xin Raw Materials [2022] 73), On June 1, 2023, the Guizhou Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology and the Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment organized the relevant municipal and state departments of industry and information technology, the Provincial Cement Industry Association and the Provincial Association for Resource Conservation and Comprehensive Utilization to conduct interviews with five cement enterprises that failed to complete the peak staggering production plan in the first quarter and failed to submit the peak staggering production plan in the second quarter as required. The meeting emphasized that the work of peak staggering production in cement industry is to implement the relevant requirements of the Notice of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on Further Perfecting the Normalized Peak Staggering Production of Cement (Lianyuan [2020] 201 of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology), and that the work of peak staggering production in cement industry is a long-term need. The provincial cement industry association should closely follow up and analyze the cement market in the whole province, and timely regulate and control the more accurate and scientific peak staggering production time according to the market situation. Cement enterprises should incorporate peak staggering production into daily production and operation management, formulate a plan for peak staggering and kiln shutdown, and strictly implement it according to the plan.

The meeting demanded that the responsible comrades of the cement enterprises interviewed should seriously summarize and reflect on the work of peak staggering production of the enterprises, report to the main leaders of the group company, earnestly fulfill the responsibilities and obligations of the enterprises, formulate the rectification plan as soon as possible, strictly implement the days of kiln shutdown determined by the industry, and submit the rectification plan to the local industry within a week. At the same time, it is copied to the Provincial Cement Industry Association.
