The total investment of the project is 731 million yuan, with an annual output of 5.4 million tons of fine aggregate. It is divided into two phases of construction. It is expected to start in June 2023, with a total construction period of 24 months.

Recently, the Bureau of Ecology and Environment of Tongren City, Guizhou Province, proposed to review and publicize the environmental impact assessment documents of the whole industry chain project of the fully intelligent and environmentally friendly assembly building in Tongren City. The total investment of the project is 731 million yuan, with an annual output of 5.4 million tons of fine aggregate. It is divided into two phases of construction. It is expected to start in June 2023, with a total construction period of 24 months.

It is worth noting that the sand and stone materials required for the production of the project come from the enterprise's own mines, and the rest of the insufficient part comes from the remaining sand and stone materials of the second phase of the project and other projects in the high-tech zone in the initial stage, and the related sand and stone materials are sold by the district natural resources sub-bureau in the later stage.

It is reported that the project is located in the park of Tongren High-tech Industrial Development Zone, Guizhou Province, and is a new project invested and constructed by Tongren Assembly Construction Co., Ltd.

Among them, the first phase of the project has an annual output of 3.6 million tons of fine aggregate. The specific product specifications include: fine sand, 7 ~ 10 mm gravel, 10 ~ 20 mm gravel, 20 ~ 30 mm gravel and washed sand. The construction period is expected to be 12 months (June 2023 ~ June 2024). The second phase of the project has an annual output of 1.8 million tons of aggregate, which is mainly used for the production of prefabricated building components, including 150,000 cubic meters/year of prestressed reinforced concrete composite panels and 50,000 cubic meters/year of prefabricated partition panels. The construction period is expected to be 24 months (June 2023 to June 2025).

According to the conclusion of the EIA report, the sand and gravel required for the production of the project comes from the self-owned mine of Tongren Assembly Construction Co., Ltd. The remaining insufficient part initially comes from the remaining sand and stone materials of the second phase of the project, the construction project of Tongren Intelligent Cold Chain Logistics Park and other projects in Tongren High-tech Zone. Later, the remaining sand and stone materials will be sold by the District Natural Resources Branch. Sketch map of mining right scope of Laohupo sand and gravel yard in Daxing Street

of Tongren High-tech Zone (self-owned mine)

In January 2023, Tongren Prefabricated Construction Co., Ltd. finally won the mining right of Laohupo sand and gravel yard at a base price of 2.45 million yuan. The mining area is located in the north of Tongren High-tech Industrial Development Zone, about 7 kilometers away from the level distance. Within the transfer scope of the mining area, there are 6.9846 million cubic meters of dolomite ore for construction. The transfer period of the mining right is 7 years. At present, the winning enterprise is applying for a mining license.

In addition, according to the EIA report, the project will adopt standardized design, factory production, assembly construction, integrated decoration, information management and intelligent application to improve the technical level and engineering quality of construction engineering, so as to promote the transformation and upgrading of Tongren's construction industry, realize the green development of the construction industry, and promote the construction industry. Assist Tongren City in the implementation of the strategic key deployment of "building a green development highland".

It is reported that the project will adopt three-stage crushing and two-stage screening, combined with the process design of "coagulation and sedimentation + sludge thickening tank + sludge pressure filtration (mud making)" to produce and process sand and gravel aggregates.

Among them, the first-stage crushing capacity is 5.4 million tons/year, the second-stage crushing capacity is 5.94 million tons/year (the second-stage circulating crushing capacity accounts for about 10% of the total product volume), and the third-stage crushing capacity is 3.78 million tons/year (the third-stage circulating crushing capacity accounts for about 5% of the third-stage crushing capacity). The primary screening capacity is 5.94 million tons/year and the secondary screening capacity is 3.78 million tons/year. The treatment scale of sand-washing wastewater is 1000 cubic meters per hour, and the finished mud after pressure filtration and dehydration will be sold as by-products.
