The announcement pointed out that the mining right holder should prepare all the information within 60 days (natural days) from the date of the announcement to apply for the cancellation of the mining right in the online service hall of Guizhou government affairs according to the regulations, and that if he fails to apply for the cancellation of the mining right within the prescribed time, the Natural Resources Bureau of Shiqian County will, in accordance with the relevant provisions, make the announcement without objection. The mining license shall be cancelled in the national mining right registration information and release system.
Shiqian County Natural Resources Bureau said that if the original mining right holder has any objection, it should submit it it in writing to Shiqian County Natural Resources Bureau within 60 days (natural days) from the date of publication of this announcement. Failure to raise an objection within the time limit shall be deemed to be no objection. The mining areas with cancelled mining licenses include Qianfeng Sand and Stone Yard in Shiqian County, Dawotuo Sand and Stone Yard in Xinzhuang Community, Benzhuang Town, Shiqian County, Wengyang No.2 Sand and Stone Yard in Benzhuang Town, Shiqian County, Guojiaao Sand and Stone Yard in Jufeng Township, Shiqian County, and Zhengchong Sand and Stone Yard in Nanqiao Village, Shigu Township, Shiqian County.
