on September 20, the raft part of the bearing platform in Area 12 of Times New World A Project, which was jointly supplied by China Construction Commercial Concrete Hankou Plant and Dongxihu Plant, was successfully completed, with a total of 8813 cubic meters of concrete poured. Among them, Hankou factory supplies 3139 square meters and Dongxihu factory supplies 5674 square meters.

Since receiving the project construction plan, Hankou Factory and Dongxihu Factory have responded positively, holding a project mobilization and deployment meeting one day ahead of schedule, and the two factory teams have taken the lead in formulating the production and supply guarantee plan. The production department and the material department respectively dock with the logistics and material suppliers, sign the letter of commitment, keep up with the progress of the project, and ensure the smooth progress of the pouring work. At 5 am

on the 19th, the project opened as scheduled, and the first mixer truck "pulled out" from the plant station and arrived at the construction site smoothly. At the

pouring site, the quality inspector made a detailed safety technical disclosure to the operators, and carried out a slump test on the concrete entering the site to ensure that the concrete workability, slump, mold temperature and other indicators meet the technical requirements. At the same time, through 24-hour shift duty, the pouring situation is controlled in the whole stage, and the quality and safety are strictly controlled. In the process of

pouring, the technical team has overcome many unfavorable factors such as short-term heavy rainfall, strong wind and cooling weather, adjusted the mix proportion in time, arranged the construction tasks reasonably on the premise of ensuring safety, and provided good project services. At 5 am on

the 20th, it has been continuously poured for 24 hours, with a total supply of 7800 cubic meters of concrete, completing 90% of the overall progress of the project and winning unanimous praise from the project side.

After 35 hours, 5 pump trucks and 498 mixer trucks were dispatched. All the staff of Hankou Plant and Dongxihu Plant raced against time with full enthusiasm and high morale, and successfully completed the pouring task 11 hours ahead of the original plan!
