Recently, the concrete pouring of the large floor slab of the super high-rise project of Block 99 in Wuxi, which was constructed by the Fifth Company of the Tenth Bureau of China Railway, was successfully completed, with a total concrete pouring volume of about 10984 cubic meters, marking that the project will be formally transferred from the "strong foundation" stage to the "strong muscles and bones" stage. Wuxi No.99 Plot Development Project is the first super high-rise housing construction project undertaken by the Tenth Bureau in China, with the main body as high as 127.35 meters. The tower is divided into a 30-storey office building and a 4-storey podium, while the underground is a 3-storey parking garage. The total construction area of the project is about 79095 square meters. According to the construction plan, Wuxi No.99 plot and the other two plots will be built into a commercial building with a maximum tower height of 150 meters, which will connect the center of Wuxi into a perfect commercial district in the future.
In order to rapidly promote the project construction, the project team insists on innovation-driven, technical breakthrough, solving the difficulties of project construction; insists on scientific management, optimizing the construction group, breaking through the construction obstruction; insists on Party building leading, gathering forces, activating the development potential. All the construction personnel of the project worked closely together and fought day and night to promote the construction of the project smoothly, orderly, high-quality and efficiently. The excavation depth of the foundation pit of Block 99
in Wuxi is about 15.8 meters, the deepest can reach 19.7 meters, and the clear distance from the operation of Line 4 is 10.5 meters. The construction safety risk is high. The project team uses the concrete support servo system technology to control the deformation of the foundation pit in a forward-looking way. Compared with the traditional concrete support system, the new axial force compensation mechanical device of the
concrete support servo system can better cope with the complex and abrupt environment around the foundation pit. By connecting the field automation equipment and cloud service platform, the relative deformation of the support system and the retaining structure can be monitored in real time, and then the deformation and displacement of the foundation pit can be controlled actively and accurately, which can effectively overcome the deformation risk of the foundation pit caused by reserving expansion joints as compensation in the traditional concrete support system. During the
construction process, site managers and technicians are responsible for the control and management of key processes such as formwork reinforcement, steel bar binding, concrete vibration and temperature control in shifts, and strictly follow the construction plan to ensure the safety of the whole pouring process. In addition, the project department has set up a special quality inspection team to regularly test the key indicators of concrete impermeability grade and pouring strength, so as to ensure that the quality of concrete meets the standards.
In order to cope with the special circumstances such as large demand for concrete and difficult transportation, the project department organizes suppliers to formulate detailed plans in advance, actively contacts all parties, from procurement, transportation, storage, inspection, commissioning to delivery in the factory, to ensure the stable operation of the whole supply chain and meet the full needs of construction and production. In the process of pouring, the project department deploys supply routes one by one, arranges special personnel to follow up and contact, successfully overcomes the difficulties of complex roads and poor transportation, ensures the continuous supply of concrete, and provides a strong guarantee for construction and production.
Safety management and control, building the bottom line of defense

The project department strictly follows the local concrete pump truck operation specifications in Wuxi City, and carefully inspects the pump truck operation on site before each concrete pouring operation to ensure that the equipment is in good condition and meets the requirements, to ensure that the equipment performance is "zero defect", and to make a good "preventive injection" for the safe construction on site.
