On September 20, the Silicon Branch of China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association announced the latest price of solar-grade polysilicon. After nine consecutive rises in the overall price, as generally expected by the industry, the price of silicon materials peaked and stopped rising, and the average prices of re-feeding materials, dense materials and cauliflower materials were the same as last week. However, the average price of N-type silicon materials rose slightly, with an average price of 93,300 yuan/ton. The transaction price
of N-type materials was RMB 900-99,000 yuan/ton, with an average of RMB 93,300 yuan/ton, and the average price rose by 1.08% week on week. The transaction price of
single crystal re-feeding was 780-87000 yuan/ton, with an average of 82300 yuan/ton, which was the same as last week. The transaction price
of monocrystalline dense materials was 760-85 thousand yuan/ton, with an average of 80 thousand and 400 yuan/ton, which was the same as last week. The transaction price of
single crystal cauliflower was 730-82000 yuan/ton, with an average of 77600 yuan/ton, which was the same as last week.
Unlike the small increase in the price of silicon materials, the price of components is still bottoming out.
A few days ago, the State Power Investment Corporation opened the bid for 10g W photovoltaic modules. In the bid opening price, the lowest price for P-type single-sided modules was 1.13 yuan/watt . The lowest price of N-type double-sided components is 1.17 yuan/watt . The price difference between N and P modules has also been reduced from about 0.06 yuan/watt to 0.035-0.048 yuan/watt. In the announcement of the bidding results of the centralized procurement of the component frame of the Three Gorges Group on September 13, the winning unit price of the P-type component was 1.168 yuan/W, and the lowest winning unit price of the N-type component was 1.262 yuan/W.
