of the new energy base in the Tengger Desert in Ningxia, which is located in Shapotou District, Zhongwei City, Ningxia, and is a new energy base of 10 million kilowatts in the Tengger Desert planned and constructed by the state. It is also the first national UHV transmission channel to develop desert photovoltaic base and transmit new energy-the key supporting project of "Ningdian into Hunan" project. The project takes the construction of "green energy + ecological governance" as the core objective, carries out multiple sand control modes and sand control economy by means of grass grid sand fixation, achieves the ecological benefits of comprehensive management, and builds a demonstration base project integrating ecological environmental protection, scientific and technological innovation, popular science education and tourism culture.
