176 meters wide, weighs 4300 tons, has a 15840 of square meters and 10 sliding rails. On May 24, the east station building of Lushan Station, the largest station on the whole line of Anjiu high-speed rail constructed by China Railway Construction Corporation, completed the first incremental launching, marking the successful completion of the first incremental launching of the world's first large-scale station to steel structure cross-line. The incremental launching created four world records in the width, weight, area and number of sliding rails in the cross-line incremental launching construction of the station building reconstruction project.
Lushan Station, located in Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province, is an important transportation hub on the main artery of the Beijing-Kowloon Railway. It is a reconstruction and expansion project of the existing passenger station. The parking lot is 8 sets and 25 lines. The station building is divided into two phases: the East Station and the West Station. The West Station has been opened and operated on April 28, 2022. Construction of the East Station Building started in May 2022. During the normal operation of the
train, the roof pushing steel structure of the East Railway Station is composed of five single bodies, including the waiting layer truss, the transfer corridor and the overpass, with a total width of 176 meters, a total length of 90 meters, a total weight of 4300 tons, and a coverage area of 15840 square meters, equivalent to 38 standard basketball courts. For the first time, under the synchronous action of 10 sets of hydraulic CNC thrusters, the "steel giant" pushed forward 26 meters and successfully crossed the four tracks of Changjiu Intercity Railway. In the early morning
of May 24, the roof of the East Station of Lushan Station in Anjiu high-speed rail was pushed to the construction site, and 10 tracks, such as Changjiu Intercity Railway, Beijing-Kowloon Railway and Wujiu Railway, were built, of which 6 main operating lines ran through the construction site of the second phase of Lushan Station, while the operating lines could not be shut down for a long time to "concede" construction. This requires that the design and construction must "find a new way" to minimize the impact of construction on railway transportation. The project team draws lessons from the bridge incremental launching construction technology and pushes the main structure to the design position with a width of 176 meters, which refreshes the record of the largest width in the same type of incremental launching in China. In the
command system of
the skylight point, the equipment monitoring personnel monitor the pushing situation in real time. The pushing belongs to the second-level blockade and needs to be carried out at the skylight point at night for 4 hours. The project team uses Midas professional steel structure software, BIM technology, 156 project management and digital intelligent construction platform in the early stage. In order to provide technical support for the push, we made full preparations from the aspects of force analysis, detailed implementation plan, simulated push analysis to solve difficulties, and real-time and full-angle control of the site situation. There were five groups of command, operation, safety, protection and logistics, with a total of 180 staff members, to provide all-round support for the push.
For the first time, the Gif
project team innovatively introduced the sliding system. The MGE plate used in the bridge field combined with the oil lubrication method reduces the obstacles caused by the large friction force in the common pushing. The self-locking technology of the rail clamp is innovatively used in the selection of the pusher, which can increase the pushing speed by 2 times. The launching distance error is controlled at the millimeter level to ensure safe and efficient launching. The project has invited external expert teams for many times to jointly analyze and verify the scheme from multiple perspectives. Finally, the scheme of sectional production in the factory + on-site unit assembly + CNC hydraulic synchronous pushing was adopted, which saved 8 months compared with the conventional lifting scheme.
For the first time, the east station building
of Lushan Station will be launched in three times, and two more will be launched in mid-July, which will fill the gap of efficient and safe construction of large station buildings on busy railway trunk lines. The main structure construction of Lushan Station is expected to be completed by the end of December.
