On May 22, Zhonghuan Holdings announced that it planned to spend 690 million yuan to customize and purchase five fully automatic production lines of photovoltaic TOPCon batteries, including TOPCon battery systems and related components.
The purchase contract involves two subsidiaries of Zhonghuan Holdings, namely Buyer 1 and Buyer 2, while the seller is disclosed.
It is reported that in the past 12 months, Zhonghuan Holdings signed a purchase contract with the seller on September 20, 2022, with a contract value of 140 million yuan.
In 2022, the revenue of Zhonghuan Holdings was HK $1.614 billion, an increase of 48.55% over the previous year, with gross profit of HK $31.098 million, loss attributable to owners of the company of HK $27.843 million and loss per share of HK $2.64.
