If the existing enterprises with A-level environmental performance fail to meet the Standard by the end of 2023, they will still enjoy the original policy of reducing or exempting peak staggering for 20 days, and the state-level green factory enterprises will no longer enjoy the policy of reducing or exempting peak staggering;
in terms of the rules for replacing peak staggering production time, the replacement agreement must be signed for replacing peak staggering production time; In terms of
adjusting the rules of peak staggering plan, the adjusted peak staggering time is arranged in the specified peak staggering time period in principle;
At the same time, in terms of heating and co-disposal rules, while enjoying the heating policy, enterprises must make up for the shutdown time in the off-peak period stipulated in the non-heating season.
Second, disposal of special matters: the peak-staggering production plan shall be adjusted due to the production and operation conditions. On the premise of strictly implementing the peak-staggering rules, if the enterprise needs to adjust the peak-staggering production plan due to the order adjustment, customer demand and other production and operation conditions, it shall apply to the Provincial Building Materials Association 15 days in advance; If the peak-staggering production plan is adjusted
due to special matters such as safe production and guaranteed supply of major national projects, but does not conform to the peak-staggering rules, an application shall be submitted to the local Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology. due to other special matters, an application shall be submitted to the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology before September 15, 2023, and the peak-staggering production plan shall be formulated according to the approval of the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology;
