On September 5, the first "net mining right" in Duchang County, Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province, the mining right of granite for decoration in Sushan Mining Area, Duchang County, Jiangxi Province, was successfully transferred in Jiangxi Public Resources Trading Center, realizing 410 million yuan in revenue from the transfer of mining rights, and the winner was Duchang Jiusheng New Materials Co., Ltd. mining right marks a "zero" breakthrough in the transfer of "net ore" in Duchang County, which is not only an important achievement in the regulation of the stone industry in Sushan, but also a substantial achievement in promoting the reform of the mining right transfer system.

The mining area is located in Sushan Township, Duchang County, covering an area of 0.24 square kilometers, with a resource reserve of 9.83 million cubic meters (including 2.85 million cubic meters of recoverable granite for decoration and 6.98 million cubic meters of recoverable granite for construction) and a transfer period of 15 years. Before the transfer of mining rights, Duchang County Natural Resources Bureau shifted its focus of work forward, actively coordinated relevant departments to carry out comprehensive demonstration of new mining rights, actively docked with ecological environment, water conservancy, forestry, emergency management, Sushan Stone Office, territorial townships and other units, and successively completed mine geological exploration, environmental assessment and approval, water and soil conservation approval. Make every effort to ensure the land for supporting construction of the mine, so that the mining right can meet the requirements of "net ore" transfer, and basically realize "carrying bags and checking in". The successful transaction of the

mining right not only extended the stone industry chain in Sushan, but also reversed the status quo of small and scattered stone mining, achieved the effect of integration to promote rectification, and more effectively promoted the sustainable development of the county's mining economy.
