Most factories have not adopted the "normal flame calcination system" for clinker calcination, and even do not know that the use of this "calcination system" can reduce heat consumption, increase output, improve strength, change clinker granulation, improve the qualified rate of free calcium, and change the condition of kiln skin;

8. The quenching effect of most grate coolers is not good (petrographic analysis), and there are few quenching structures that can cool the clinker to the petrographic state shown in the figure below (the effect of a fourth-generation grate cooler after transformation);

9. The length-diameter ratio of the rotary kiln is much greater than 11, and the time for raw materials to reach the firing zone after entering the kiln is much greater than 5 minutes (short kiln principle), so the quality of clinker is far from the higher quality level that the raw materials used now can be calcined.

Guo Hongjun said that in order to save coal, electricity, carbon and nitrogen in the burning system, and produce the best quality clinker with the lowest energy consumption and emissions, it is necessary to solve the above problems. The "Cement Clinker Energy-saving and Nitrogen-reducing Firing Technology" listed in the "Recommended Catalogue of National Industrial Energy-saving Technology and Equipment 2019" has achieved the above problems.

"Energy-saving and nitrogen-reducing burning technology of cement clinker" is a technology with five advanced process characteristics, which can reduce coal consumption, power consumption, system resistance and NOx generation, improve clinker quality and output, and stabilize system operation. the "energy-saving and nitrogen-reducing cement clinker burning technology". This technology enables all production lines in stable operation to achieve the following technical indicators:

3. Reduce power consumption again: 3-5kWh/TCL;

6. The clinker quenching effect is good, and the grinding time is shortened.

Guo Hongjun introduced that the technology used more than 20 utility model patents to successfully combine four foreign original technologies (decomposition furnace recycling technology, graded combustion decomposition furnace technology, low nitrogen burner with closed flame hood, longitudinal air supply fixed bed technology) into a firing system, and the technology was applied to the production.
