building materials declined steadily and slightly. In December, the average selling prices of ordinary Portland cement (52.5 strength bulk) and ordinary Portland cement (42.5 strength bulk) were 503.33 yuan and 463.33 yuan per ton, respectively, down 1.31% and 1.42% from the previous month, 26.70% and 28.35% from the previous year.
