Second, we need to expand cooperation in international production capacity. Song Zhiping pointed out that because of the current overcapacity, we need to transfer production capacity. In addition, we can invest directly in the United States and Europe. "Everyone knows that the United States is now engaged in returning to industry and Europe is engaged in re-industrialization. This is actually a challenge for us, but it is also an opportunity. At this moment, we can also make the best use of the situation and follow this trend to increase investment in their places.". Third, we should increase the intensity of joint reorganization. Song Zhiping said that our enterprises are still scattered, so it is very important to increase the restructuring of the industry and improve the concentration of the industry.
Fourth, we should do a good job in the ecology of the industry, competition ecology, and adjust the competition mode. Song Zhiping mentioned two major problems in the current competition, one is that integrators require suppliers to win the bid at a low price, which induces enterprises to compete at a low price, "This winning bid should be cost-effective, first of all, performance should be put in the first place, price should be put in the second place, rather than simply pursuing low-price bidding." Because this practice will lead to vicious competition among suppliers. Second, when enterprises compete, they adopt price-cutting competition, that is, competition at a price below cost. "In fact, this is a suicidal behavior. Everyone thinks that competition is a good thing, not bad, is a good thing, but good competition, healthy competition is a good thing, vicious competition, excessive competition is a bad thing, we do not advocate vicious competition."
Fifth, enterprises should go from the Red Sea to the Blue Sea. In the case of vicious competition of homogenization, the only way for enterprises to take is to carry out differentiated competition through technological innovation and to carry out some competition in the field of subdivision. "In the past, we talked about low-cost competition, which is often the way our Chinese enterprises adopt, but with the development of economy, we also need to carry out differentiated competition, no longer simply take the low-quality and low-price route in the past, but take the high-quality and high-price route." Song Zhiping mentioned that recently, some enterprises can export with high quality and high price, such as Yutong Bus, which can be almost the same price as Mercedes-Benz in the European market. In fact, this is an essential change, with high-end products and higher prices. So it should be considered in this way. At the same time, it is very important to subdivide products, technologies and markets. To be the leading enterprise in the field of subdivision.
