project is sandstone, the transfer period of the mining right is 8 months, the production scale is 980,000 tons/year, the amount of ballast control resources in the mining area is 277,500 cubic meters (655,000 tons), the volume of overburden stripping in the mining area is 101,200 cubic meters, and the starting price is 2.6 million yuan. , the people's government of Tangxi Town, Jinhua Economic and Technological Development Zone, has completed the policy processing work within the mining area and promised to ensure that the bidders can enter the site on time and smoothly. The total policy processing fee of the project is 518,564 yuan, and the mining right bidder shall pay the policy processing fee to the special government non-tax fund account of the Finance Bureau of the Management Committee of Jinhua Economic and Technological Development Zone within 30 days from the date of winning the bid.
According to the announcement, the water, electricity, roads and storage sites required by the project shall be settled by the mining right holder through consultation with the local government according to the needs, and the related expenses shall be borne by the mining right bidder himself. Natural Resources and Planning Bureau pointed out that the winner of the mining right should organize and implement the development and utilization of mineral resources and the protection of geological environment in strict accordance with the requirements of the Preliminary Design of the Dry Land to Water Project in Yongli Block, Chen Village, Tangxi Town, Wucheng District (Project No.: S1429X11). The overburden of the mining area shall be preferentially used for land reclamation of the project of changing dry land into water, and the surplus overburden shall be disposed of in accordance with relevant regulations. The mining method of the mining area is limited to mechanical mining. The winner of the
mining right shall strictly comply with the requirements of the Technical Specification for Dust Prevention and Control of Mines in Zhejiang Province (Provisional), and do a good job in dust prevention and control of rock drilling, mechanical excavation, drilling, shoveling, transportation and other links. The storage yard for raw materials and finished products shall be fully covered. In order to reduce the impact on the surrounding environment, the noise pollution should be reduced, and the water for production and living in the mining area can be discharged only after the purification reaches the standard, and the water circulation should be used. The
mining right bidder shall not allocate machine-made sand processing production lines within the mining area, and shall not purchase stones for processing or processing on behalf of others. After obtaining the mining license, the mining right bidder shall organize the mine construction and production in a timely manner. If the mining right bidder fails to organize the mine construction and production within one month from the date of issuance of the mining right license, the competent department of natural resources shall have the right to recover the mining right and reorganize the transfer. After the termination of the
mining right, the mining right holder shall dismantle the assets of the mining area by himself within one month without compensation. If it is not demolished in time, it will be regarded as a breach of contract by the mining right holder. Before the expiration of the validity period of the mining right, if the mine needs to be closed in advance due to social and public interests such as policy closure, it shall not be deemed as the transferor's breach of contract, and the mining right holder shall cooperate with the cancellation procedures of the mining right license in accordance with the relevant requirements. The mining right holder shall not build new buildings, structures and other facilities unrelated to mining production in the mining area and its surrounding areas.
