Recently, Jiande Branch of Hangzhou Ecological Environment Bureau issued the first announcement of the ecological environment impact assessment of the technical renovation project of the 6500-ton clinker cement production line of Jiande Southern Cement Co., Ltd . The name of

the construction project, site selection, route selection, construction content and other basic information. The reconstruction, expansion and relocation project shall describe the existing project and its environmental protection:

, Yanyuan Village, Genglou Street, Jiande City, Hangzhou 3. Nature of the Project: Expansion

4. Construction Content and Scale: The Company's original cement production line with a daily output of 5,500 tons of clinker now has an actual daily output of 6,500 tons and an annual output of 2,015,000 tons of clinker due to capacity replacement.

5. Existing project and its environmental protection: See the following table for the summary of previous project approval (including filing) and acceptance. The existing projects

that have been put into operation have passed the environmental protection acceptance of completion. According to the self-monitoring of existing enterprises, the existing projects that have been put into operation can achieve stable discharge standards.
