Shenzhen Metro Line 12 Phase II Shapu Station, Line 13 Phase II Municipal Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Station and Line 6 Branch Line Phase II Huaxia Station are the first batch of pilot stations of assembly scientific research and innovation in Shenzhen Metro, which are the first time to use the construction technology of disassembly, replacement, support and ring assembly. The total length of the three stations is about 708.1 meters, of which the assembly section is 516 meters long, totaling 258 rings, and the overall assembly rate reaches 73%. Among them, the Huaxia Station is 213.1 meters long and the assembly section is 158 meters long. The first bottom plate was hoisted on September 15, 2022 and completed on December 31, 2022. The assembly time is only 97 days, which greatly refreshes the construction speed of the assembly station.
In order to improve the construction efficiency of the assembly section of Huaxia Station, the Southern Company and the project department of the work area earnestly summarized the assembly experience of Shapu Station and Municipal Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and simultaneously carried out technical research to improve the construction quality.
