the Energy Efficiency Benchmarking Level and Benchmark Level in Key Industrial Areas (2023 Edition), the benchmark cement of comprehensive energy consumption per unit product of cement clinker is 100 kg standard coal/ton, and the benchmark level is 117 kg standard coal/ton. In
the Energy Efficiency Benchmarking Level and Benchmark Level in Key Industrial Areas (2023 Edition), it is clearly required that the transformation and upgrading should be carried out according to the energy efficiency benchmarking level and benchmark level. For stock projects with energy efficiency lower than benchmark level, all localities should clarify the time limit for upgrading and elimination, formulate annual transformation and elimination plans, guide enterprises to carry out energy-saving and carbon-reducing technological transformation or elimi nation and withdrawal in an orderly manner, upgrade energy efficiency transformation to above the benchmark level within the prescribed time limit, and eliminate projects that cannot be completed on time. In principle, 25 areas, such as cement clinker, should be completed or eliminated by the end of 2025.
Therefore, in the next two years, cement enterprises that fail to meet the standards should seize the time to carry out energy-saving transformation, and strive to control the comprehensive energy consumption per unit product of clinker within 117 kg standard coal/ton. The minimum requirement is to reach the benchmark level, and it is better to reach the benchmark level. Otherwise, the enterprise where to go is really hard to say!
