, Our Bureau has developed the glass curtain wall supervision system in Guangzhou. The trial operation matters are hereby notified as follows:
I. Application scope of the system. This system is used for daily safety supervision, annual safety inspection and spot check of municipal and district housing construction (housing management) departments, daily maintenance of curtain wall maintenance responsibility subjects and property service enterprises, "Ten Necessary Checks", regular comprehensive inspection, safety appraisal, maintenance filling, file management, annual filing, etc. (See Annex 1 for details of login methods).
2. Account opening method. The account of the administrative personnel shall be the mobile phone number, and the password shall be set after login (see Annex 2 for details). The account of the main body responsible for the maintenance of the curtain wall and the personnel of the property service enterprise shall be opened by the local housing construction (housing management) department (see Annex 3 for details).
3. Strengthen popularization and application. All relevant units are requested to do a good job in the publicity and promotion of the trial operation of the system and strengthen the technical training of safety management personnel.
