At the meeting, Cheng Liming, a professor-level senior engineer of China National Materials International Engineering Co., Ltd. (Nanjing) and a national expert on mine safety production, brought a brilliant sharing of "Discussion on Digital Intelligent Mine Construction Standards in Cement Industry". Cheng Liming said that China's large cement groups began to accelerate the construction of digital intelligent mines in an all-round way, but the current construction of intelligent mines in the cement industry is still in the primary stage of development, and the degree of intelligence is not high. The proportion of intelligent mines that have been implemented in the cement industry is no more than 5%, which lags behind the metallurgical and coal industries, and there are few driverless projects.
He said that the digital intelligent mine solution is based on one center, four platforms and N systems to unify and standardize the content, concept and standard of digital intelligent mine construction in cement industry. Accelerate and efficiently promote the construction of digital intelligent mines in the cement industry, realize the transformation and upgrading of the mining industry, build modern mining enterprises, and lay a good foundation for the ultimate realization of intelligent mines (unmanned mines).
Finally, Cheng Liming put forward four suggestions:
First, mining enterprises should formulate digital intelligent mine construction plans according to actual needs, and incorporate them into the development blueprint of enterprises. According to the construction and development plans, they should gradually carry out digital mine construction, and keep in mind the blind pursuit of "tall";
II. The establishment and application of digital space for mine resources is the foundation for the construction of digital intelligent mine. The capital investment is small but the effect is remarkable. Mining enterprises can give priority to the deep application of digital mining software, and establish a supporting fine production management system to improve the application effect;
3. In the construction of automatic control and system integration and collaborative management and control platform, some mining enterprises have started, but lack of specialized top-level design. Mining enterprises can consult professional units to make a comprehensive diagnosis of the current construction situation of the mine, and make construction implementation plans or rationalization proposals in advance. Avoid detours or mistakes in the subsequent construction process;
4. The construction and application of digital mines can not be separated from compound talents. At present, professional talents in mining enterprises are relatively scarce. On the one hand, enterprises can train supporting talents in advance to meet future needs, on the other hand, they can form long-term cooperative relations with experienced service institutions.
