On April 24, the "China Cement Industry Green Development Summit Forum and Ultra-clean Emission Technology Exchange Conference" sponsored by China Cement Network was successfully held in Changsha, Hunan Province. Professor Wang Zuojie of
Tianjin Cement Industry Design and Research Institute gave a brilliant speech on the theme of "Research and Application of Preheating Filtration Catalytic Denitrification (PFSCR) Technology at Cement Kiln Tail". He said that the national ecological environment protection efforts continue to increase, the emission control standards of industrial waste gas pollutants are increasingly stringent, and the implementation of "ultra-low emission" of industrial waste gas is imperative. Professor Wang Zuojie of
Tianjin Cement Industry Design and Research Institute, the main denitrification technology routes
currently implemented for waste gas in cement industry include: SNCR process; high dust and high temperature SCR process; high dust and medium temperature SCR process; medium dust and high temperature SCR process; low dust and high temperature SCR process, etc. However, the above various cement waste gas denitrification technology routes are being explored and applied, and no route is confirmed to be the most reasonable in the world, mainly because of the characteristics of high dust, high humidity and complex composition of cement waste gas.
Wang Zuojie introduced the high temperature and high efficiency filter catalytic converter (FSCR) technology in detail and pointed out that there are many ways to solve the ultra-low emission of cement waste gas. Once the strict ultra-low emission policy is enforced, the end treatment is the most important. To achieve ultra-low emission of nitrogen oxides, SCR catalytic denitrification technology is the inevitable choice; The micro-dust high temperature SCR scheme is the most reliable denitration way worthy of discussion; FSCR preheater top technology realizes ultra-low emission of cement waste gas dust and nitrogen oxides, emission reduction and carbon reduction, which is an innovation of environmental protection technology and a revolution of cement production technology.
