Huaxin and Alibaba Cloud Sign Comprehensive Cooperation Agreement

Cloud computing is an important engine of industrial digital transformation. Huaxin and Aliyun began to cooperate in 2020, and based on Aliyun AICS platform, applied AI, MPC, expert control and other advanced technologies, jointly developed Huaxin Intelligent Advanced Control System HIAC based on AI + model prediction, which solved the problem of disturbance in the working condition of ultra-large-scale environmental protection disposal of municipal waste in cement kilns, and achieved the goal. To achieve optimal control, quality stability and production line "automatic driving". At present, it has been popularized and applied in 18 factories at home and abroad in Huaxin, with the coal substitution rate exceeding 40%, and the comprehensive energy consumption per unit product of clinker has been reduced by more than 4%.

In 2022, Huaxin and Aliyun jointly developed a model self-diagnosis and self-optimization platform, which solved the problem of model performance deterioration when using complex and changeable raw materials and fuels in the multi-variable and large-lag rotary kiln calcination conditions. Through the minute-level self-identification, self-tuning and self-optimization of the predictive control model, the real-time optimal configuration of the control model is realized, the average stability of the system is improved by 5. 51%, the use of alternative fuels is further improved, the energy consumption and carbon emissions are reduced, and the comprehensive stability of the system is improved. At present, it has been successfully applied in Huaxin Huangshi, Luquan, Yichang, Yangxin and other super-large-scale environmental protection disposal cement plants. The key technology of low-carbon intelligent Huaxin Cement with HIAC as the core has reached the international leading level, and won the first prize of scientific and technological progress of building materials in 2022.
