In order to thoroughly implement Xi Jinping's ecological civilization thought and the decision-making and deployment of the Party Central Committee, the State Council, the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government on carbon peak and carbon neutralization, vigorously promote the high-end, intelligent and green development of Hunan's manufacturing industry, and cultivate a modern industrial system, on June 6, 2023, The Department of Industry and Information Technology of Hunan Province issued the Interim Measures for the Recognition and Management of Benchmarking Enterprises for Carbon Emission Reduction in the Industrial Field of Hunan Province (Xianggongxin Energy Conservation [2023] 202), and carried out the first batch of provincial-level benchmarking enterprises for carbon emission reduction. In order to strengthen policy guidance, set up demonstration benchmarks, improve the incentive mechanism oriented by carbon emission reduction, guide market participants to actively participate in carbon peak and carbon neutralization work, and then guide the whole society to form a green low-carbon production and life style, Hunan Industry and Information Technology Office has summarized the experiences and practices of the first batch of seven carbon emission reduction benchmarking enterprises, which are now forwarded to the website for reference by enterprises in related industries.
Linli Jidong Cement Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as "Linli Jidong") is a subsidiary of Beijing BBMG Group, a large backbone enterprise in China's building materials industry. The company is located in Group 15, Longfeng Village, Xin'an Town, Linli County, Changde City, Hunan Province, with a construction scale of 1 × 4500T/D new dry process cement clinker production line with pure low-temperature waste heat power generation system, with an annual output of 1.5 million tons of clinker and 2 million tons of cement. Since its establishment,
"Linli Jidong" has been awarded "National Advanced Collective of Building Materials Industry", "A-level Tax Credit Unit", "Occupational Health Management Demonstration Enterprise", "Environmental Law-abiding Enterprise", "National Green Factory", "Hunan Green Mine", "National Green Mine", "Energy Efficiency Leader" of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. Honorary titles such as "2021 China Harmonious Building Material Enterprise", "Hunan Green Design Product", "National Harmonious Labor Relations Demonstration Enterprise". In 2019, as the "leader" of energy efficiency in key energy-using industries, the energy consumption quota meets the advanced value requirements of national standards. In addition, the enterprise has continuously improved the level of cleaner production, and has invested more than 30 million yuan in the transformation of desulfurization, denitrification and dust removal facilities. The concentration of particulate matter, nitrogen oxides and sulfur dioxide discharged meets the requirements of GB4915-2013 special emission limits, realizes the low emission of air pollutants, and actively completes the key task of pollution prevention and control.
2. The key project
of energy conservation and carbon reduction "Linli Jidong" has invested 114.09 million yuan in various carbon reduction measures in the past three years. Among them, the key industrial carbon emission reduction projects are introduced as follows:
(1) Replacement of high-thrust burners. The original Yangzhou silver flame burner is replaced by Chengdu Glencore dual-fan high-thrust burner, which solves the problem of poor clinker agglomeration, makes the clinker calcination more stable, makes the clinker quality more stable, and increases the cement unit time by 5t/H.
(II) Replace the energy-saving oil gun. The original ordinary oil gun was replaced by Chengdu Jianneng dual-fluid energy-saving oil gun, the ignition fuel consumption was reduced from 120L/H to 50L/H, and the annual diesel cost was saved by 50000 yuan.
(III) Resistance reduction transformation of preheater system. After the transformation, the operating frequency of the high-temperature fan is reduced by 1 Hz, the power consumption is reduced by 0.3 kWh/t, and the annual power cost is saved by about 100,000 yuan.
(IV) Lifting height of feed air lock valve of preheater C2. The air lock valve of the raw material entering the outlet pipeline of the preheater C2 is increased by 1 meter, the potential energy of the material is increased, the dispersion of the material is strengthened, and the heat exchange efficiency is optimized. After the technical transformation, the outlet temperature of the preheater C1 is reduced by 3 degrees, the standard coal consumption is reduced by 0.2k G/t clinker, and the annual cement cost can be saved by about 80,000 yuan.
(V) Coal mill circulating air transformation. Air is taken from the kiln tail of the coal mill, and the waste gas discharged from the coal mill is directly led to the desulfurization tower through the confluence pipeline. At the same time, the circulating air pipeline is added, and the temperature is adjusted through the circulating air. After the transformation, the oxygen content of the coal mill system is reduced (the original cold air temperature is adjusted).
(VI) Heat preservation of preheater C1. After heat preservation of preheater C1, the shell temperature of C1 is reduced by 30 ℃, and the coal consumption is reduced by 0.1 kg/t clinker.
(VII) Grate cooler upgrading. The grate cooler is upgraded and transformed into one imported from Fengsi, and the power consumption of clinker is reduced by 2.0 kWh/t after transformation.
(VIII) Transformation of circulating fan of cement mill. The circulating fan of the cement mill is transformed into a high-efficiency energy-saving fan, and the step power consumption of the cement is reduced by 0.8k Wh/t cement after the transformation.
(9) Energy-saving transformation of air compressor. The air compressor is upgraded and transformed into a high-efficiency and energy-saving air compressor, which saves 15% of electricity after transformation.
(X) Transformation of air suspension fan. After the transformation of the primary air blower and the coal-feeding Roots blower at the kiln head, 20% of electricity is saved.
(XI) Replacement of energy-saving lining plate of coal mill and cement mill. The lining plates of coal mill and cement mill are replaced by Makto energy-saving lining plates, and the energy is saved by 5% after replacement.
(XII) Upgrading and transformation of kiln head and tail sealing. After the upgrading of kiln head and kiln tail sealing, the air leakage of the system is reduced, the secondary air temperature is increased, and the power consumption is reduced by 10%.
(13) Optimize and adjust the kiln system. The site air leakage control and operation optimization were implemented, the kiln efficiency increased by 16. 28 t/H compared with the same period, the power consumption decreased by 2. 89 kWh/t, and the standard coal consumption decreased by 6. 59 kg/t.
(XIV) Use of alternative fuels. The total annual use of alternative fuel carbon black is 38000 tons, saving 18 million yuan in cost.

"Linli Jidong" implements energy-saving and carbon-reducing measures such as energy-saving and carbon-reducing transformation and resource recycling. The carbon emission intensity of clinker per unit product was reduced from 0.8272 tCO2 /t to 0.7773 tCO2 /t, and the carbon emission was reduced by 100565 tons after the implementation of the carbon reduction project.
Fourth, the next work plan
, the "14th Five-Year Plan" outline, strives to achieve carbon peak by 2030 and carbon neutrality by 2060. "Linli Jidong" plans to carry out relevant work from the following aspects:
(1) Continue to increase technological upgrading and energy-saving transformation of equipment. In 2023, projects such as capacity expansion of decomposition furnace and resistance reduction of humidifying tower will be implemented to achieve energy saving and consumption reduction.
(2) Continue to expand the types and market volume of comprehensive utilization of hazardous wastes. Promote the recycling of recyclable materials.
(Three) continue to use a large amount of alternative fuel carbon black. And continue to expand alternative fuel sources.
