On November 29, Lixin Energy issued a fixed increase announcement that Lixin Energy intends to issue shares to no more than 35 specific investors, including new energy groups and state-owned funds, and to raise 1.98 billion yuan to build a 300000 kilowatt wind and solar power generation project in Qitai County and to supplement liquidity. The 300,000-kilowatt wind and solar power generation project in Qitai County includes 200,000 million wind power + 100,000 kilowatt photovoltaic + 75,000 kilowatt-hour/300,000 kilowatt-hour energy storage.
According to the announcement, the new energy project of 125000 kilowatts energy storage + 500000 kilowatts (wind and light) in Qitai County is constructed in Qitai County, Changji Prefecture, Xinjiang Autonomous Region. Among them, 300000 kilowatts of wind and solar projects and 75000 kilowatts of energy storage are constructed by Qitai Zhuifeng New Energy Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the company, while the remaining 200000 kilowatts of wind power projects and 50000 kilowatts of energy storage projects are constructed by Changji Guotou Qixin Energy Co., Ltd. Lixin Energy is responsible for the construction of 300MW wind and solar power generation projects in Qitai County, including 200MW wind power project, 100MW photovoltaic project and 75MW/300MWh energy storage project. The total investment of the project is 1.808 billion yuan . The
announcement shows that the proposed subscription ratio of the new energy group is not less than 10% of the number of A-shares issued to specific targets, the proposed subscription ratio of the state-owned fund is not less than 2% of the number of A-shares issued to specific targets, and the R emaining shares are subscribed by other issuing targets in cash.
