1. In 2022, Guangdong Province released the list of cement clinker flat glass production lines. As of December 31, 2022, there are 27 flat glass production lines in Guangdong Province, and 6 of the 2 replaced production lines are in the state of cold repair and shutdown.

2. Jingang Photovoltaic announced on the evening of July 7 that Gansu Jingang Yide New Energy Development Co., Ltd., a holding subsidiary of the company, has used its own funds to increase its capital by 250 million yuan to its wholly-owned subsidiary Ouhao New Energy Power (Gansu) Co., Ltd., and the process of capital increase has been completed. At present, the registered capital of Aohao Electric Power has increased from 50 million to 300 million. Upon completion of the capital increase, Jingang Yide still holds 100% equity interest in Ouhao Power.

3. On March 30, the ignition ceremony of Sichuan Tianma Glass "500,000-ton High-grade High-quality Lightweight Glass Bottle Phase I 60,000-ton Technical Transformation Project (No.3 Kiln)" was held at the 500,000-ton Glass Bottle Project site. The successful ignition of No.3 kiln is another milestone in the development of Tianma Glass. After the No.3 kiln is ignited and put into operation, the production capacity will reach 250000 tons, with an annual output value of about 600 million yuan.

4. Beijing Glass intends to issue no more than 281 million shares in a non-public way and raise no more than 1.193 billion yuan for the construction of intelligent tempering equipment and energy-saving fan production base, high-end curtain wall glass production base, R & D center and supplementary working capital.
