On March 30, Shuangliang Energy Conservation issued an announcement. Its wholly-owned subsidiary Shuangliang Silicon Materials (Baotou) Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as the "Seller" or "Party B") has recently signed the Silicon Wafer Procurement Framework Contract with Anhui Yingfa Ruineng Technology Co., Ltd., Anhui Yingfa Desheng Technology Co., Ltd. and Yibin Yingfa Deyao Technology Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Buyer" or "Party A"). According to
the contract, Party A is expected to purchase 245 million monocrystalline silicon wafers (including P-type and N-type, covering various specifications of 182 and above sizes) from Party B in 2023. Based on the average price of monocrystalline silicon wafers (210mm/150µm) according to the latest statistics of InfoLink Consulting (March 29, 2023), it is estimated that the total sales amount in 2023 will be 2.009 billion yuan (including tax).
This is the fourth large order won by Shuangliang Energy Conservation in March, with an estimated total sales amount of about 8.211 billion yuan.
On March 12, Shuangliang Energy announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary had signed the Monocrystalline Silicon Wafer Purchase and Sale Framework Contract with Changzhou Yijing Photoelectric Technology Co., Ltd., supplying a total of 334 million monocrystalline silicon wafers to the latter, with an estimated total sales amount of 2.739 billion yuan (including tax).
On March 21, Shuangliang Energy Conservation announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary signed the Silicon Wafer Procurement Framework Contract with Jiangsu Zhongqing Advanced Battery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. to supply 135 million monocrystalline silicon wafers to the latter from April 2023 to December 2023, with an estimated total sales of 861 million yuan (including tax) this year.
On March 22, Shuangliang Energy Conservation announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary had signed the Framework Contract for the Purchase and Sale of Single Crystal Square Rods with Hefei Daheng Intelligent Energy Technology Co., Ltd. From 2023 to 2025, a total of 7,800 tons of monocrystalline square ingots (N10 specification) will be supplied to the latter, with an estimated total sales amount of 2.602 billion yuan (including tax).
