Project Overview:

The project is located in the north of Longkou High-speed Railway Station. It starts from Brunei Street in the east and ends at Nanshan Road in the west. It starts from Yingbin Avenue in the south and ends at Longquan Road in the north. The implementation scope of this

project includes the demolition and resettlement of 254 residential houses in the new urban area of the high-speed rail in the planning area and in the east of Brunei Street outside the planning area. It mainly involves Dongjiang Village, Xijiang Village, Linjia Village, Xujia Village, Zhongzhi Village, Beizhi Village, Huanggezhuang Village, Yanjiatuan Village, Nanxiang Village, Caiyuanbo Village and other villages, as well as the demolition and resettlement of industrial enterprises and breeding facilities, the relocation of tombs, the relocation of power supply lines, roads, linear landscapes, the construction of Jiaodong Water Diversion Trunk Canal, bus terminals, hospitals and primary and secondary schools. The total investment of the

project is about 4.908 billion yuan, including 4.806 billion yuan of static investment and 102 million yuan of interest during the construction period. The actual amount shall prevail.
