2022年4月12日，贵州省工业和信息化厅发布了《2022年度贵州省工业和信息发展专项资金（第一批）拟支持项目》公示，公示显示，内含六个水泥企业项目，习水赛德水泥有限公司、贵州六矿瑞安水泥有限公司、华润水泥（金沙）有限公司、贵州威宁西南水泥有限公司、贵州福泉西南水泥有限公司、贵州兴义西南水泥有限公司。
