注资5000万，唐山冀东水泥股份有限公司（以下简称“冀东水泥”）新增投资企业天津金石智联科技有限公司（以下简称“金石智联”）。据了解，金石智联成立于2022年6月29日，注册资本5000万元，法人代表为李德裕，经营范围包括：电动汽车充电基础设施运营；建筑材料销售；轻质建筑材料销售等。目前，其由冀东水泥100%持股。
6月30日，冀东水泥在投资平台表示，公司投资5000万元成立天津金石智联科技有限公司事项未达到信息披露标准，该公司将主要从事道路货物运输(网络货运)业务，暂不涉及新能源及其他业务。
