针对明年主要经营区域的需求和景气度的整体判断，上峰水泥近日在接待遵道资产、中金公司、睿远基金等多家机构调研时表示，总体而言，公司对明年景气度恢复保持乐观信心。需求方面，地产已经触底，具备反弹条件，明年将会步入复苏通道，基建工程重点项目等疫情过后也将会拉动行业需求；供给方面，产能减量置换和错峰生产政策的严格落实执行将会使供给端得到一定程度的控制，国家也出台了一系列政策对能耗、碳排放等方面进行了更多的约束。

According to the requirements of the Notice of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on Issuing the Implementation Measures for Capacity Replacement in the Cement and Glass Industry (the original [2021] No.80 of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology), the production line used for capacity replacement must be shut down and dismantled before the construction project is put into operation.
