Myanmar Baolong Cement Plant will be completed and put into operation in 2007

     According to A1 Construction & & Wu Jueding, executive director of Trading Co., Ltd., said that the company's Baolong Cement Plant construction project using Chinese technology will be completed in 2007 and is scheduled to be completed and put into operation in June 2007. The cement plant is a private enterprise, located near Diki Village, Angban Township, Shan State, with a design scale of 400 tons of cement per day.  

      There are three private cement plants in Myanmar, namely, Hutou Cement Plant, 3A Cement Plant and Myanmar Elephant Cement Plant. Baolong Cement Plant will be the fourth private cement plant in Myanmar.

The announcement shows that due to disputes over equity transfer, Hainan Ruize has filed a lawsuit with the Suburban People's Court of Sanya City, Hainan Province, listing Huarun Building Material Technology Co., Ltd. and Zhaoqing Jingang Cement Co., Ltd. as defendants, involving about 95.25 million yuan and lawyer fees, litigation fees, preservation fees, assessment fees, etc.
