宁夏瀛海天祥建材将建一条5000t/d水泥熟料生产线。
宁夏瀛海集团实业有限公司拟对下属公司宁夏瀛海建材集团有限公司2500t/d水泥熟料生产线和宁夏瀛海天祥建材有限公司2500t/d水泥熟料生产线进行产能置换，在原址建设宁夏瀛海天祥建材有限公司5000t/d水泥熟料生产线。根据《国务院关于化解产能严重过剩矛盾的指导意见》（国发〔2013〕41号）、《工业和信息化部关于印发钢铁水泥玻璃行业产能置换实施办法的通知》（工信部原〔2017〕337号）等要求，现对宁夏瀛海天祥建材有限公司5000t/d水泥熟料生产线产能置换方案予以公示，欢迎社会公众进行监督。公示时间为2021年1月22日至1月29日。如有异议，请向自治区工业和信息化厅反映情况。

据中国水泥网发布的2020中国水泥熟料产能百强榜得知，截至2020年底，宁夏水泥熟料年产能共计2352.9万吨，宁夏瀛海建材集团占比14.76%，位居宁夏熟料年产能第二。
It is reported that one Ф4.2 × 60m 2500t/d new dry process clinker production line of Ningxia Yinghai Building Materials Group Co., Ltd. and one Ф4.3 × 64m new dry process clinker production line of Ningxia Yinghai Tianyang Building Materials Co., Ltd. are demolished in this project. A 2500t/d new dry process clinker production line, a 5000t/d second-generation new dry process cement clinker production line, and a 9MW pure low-temperature waste heat power generation system.

据中国水泥网数据显示，宁夏目前共有25条熟料生产线，总计熟料年产能2194.8万吨，而石嘴山市、中卫市、吴忠市三市的熟料生产线就达18条，涉及熟料年产能为1534.5万吨。并且，在上述三市内还有多条熟料生产线待建/新建。
