9月11日,根据《工业和信息化部办公厅关于开展绿色制造体系建设的通知》（工信厅节函〔2016〕586号）、《关于开展第五批绿色制造名单推荐及前两批名单复核工作的通知》,国家工业和信息化部公布第五批绿色制造公示名单，海螺水泥、华新水泥、冀东水泥等多家水泥企业被列为绿色工厂。
