9月8日上午，华润集团董事长王祥明在2020厦洽会国际投资论坛主旨大会上表示，“十四五”期间，华润集团将进一步扩大在福建的有效投资，计划投资1000亿元左右。
关于水泥业务板块，王祥明指出，将继续加大在福建投资力度，加快在福建水泥企业重组和转型创新，优化产业布局。
目前，福建省前三家企业熟料产能集中度不足40%，非常有必要进行市场整合。据中国水泥网水泥大数据（https://data.ccement.com/）数据显示，华润集团旗下华润水泥在福建共有现有6条水泥熟料生产线，实际熟料年产能697.5万吨，是福建第一大水泥企业，占全省实际熟料产能的比重达14%。此外，公司还持有福建省建材(控股)有限责任公司49%的股权，而福建省建材(控股)有限责任公司则是福建水泥的控股股东。
此前，市场已有传闻华润水泥收购福建水泥，“十四五”期间，华润水泥若将福建水泥进行整合，那么无疑会成为福建市场的绝对龙头企业！
