West Cement announces that as certain closing conditions under the Sale and Purchase Agreement, including but not limited to the approval of the relevant competition authority, have not been fulfilled prior to the Extended Termination Date, Accordingly, the Company terminated the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Schwenk Namibia and the shareholder loan in respect of Schwenk Namibia.
