塔牌集团持股45%的联营企业广东华新达建材科技有限公司，骨料设计产能为400万吨/年，原材料来源于公司全资子公司文华矿山的废石。公司正在筹建一条骨料生产线，规划产能为200万吨/年，预计今年底建成投产。

塔牌集团2019年度业绩网上说明会上，公司董事、总经理何坤皇表示，截止报告期末，塔牌集团水泥产能为1,800万吨/年，2019年水泥产量为1,928.38万吨，产能利用率超过100%。广东省水泥行业产能有一定缺口，产能利用率普遍较高。预计今年公司水泥产能利用率将保持较高水平。
