中材国际公告称，为进一步推动公司环保产业发展，公司全资子公司中材国际环境工程(北京)有限公司(以下简称“中材环境”)拟与关联方新疆天山股份有限公司、第三方江苏康和环保科技有限公司，共同投资设立江苏中天共康环保科技有限公司(暂定名)。该公司注册资本为5000万元，中材环境出资2000万元，持有其40%股权。
中材国际表示，上述合资公司的设立可以发挥充分发挥股东各方在技术、运营、品牌、水泥窑资源等方面的优势，有利于扩大公司危废处置市场的市场份额，进一步增强公司在水泥窑协同处置领域的影响力，有利于做大做强公司生态环保产业。
