按照《国务院关于化解产能严重过剩矛盾的指导意见》(国发〔2013〕41号)、《国务院办公厅关于促进建材工业稳增长调结构增效益的指导意见》(国办发〔2016〕34号)和《工业和信息化部关于印发钢铁水泥玻璃行业产能置换实施办法的通知》（工信部原〔2017〕337号）要求，现将重庆小南海水泥厂年产70万吨
干法水泥熟料生产线退出产能（置换）予以公示，公示期2020年12月4日——2020年12月10日（5个工作日）。
