冀东装备9月12日晚公告，9月12日，唐山市中级人民法院受理了公司诉唐山飞龙水泥厂、唐山飞龙水泥有限责任公司、王少忠、闫素敏买卖合同纠纷一案。唐山飞龙水泥厂在履行合同过程中，拖延支付设备货款，公司请求判令唐山飞龙水泥厂支付公司合同款、违约金等合计3619.66万元；由唐山飞龙水泥有限责任公司对上述债务承担连带清偿责任。
