MCC20's Algeria Cement Plant Project Department's Cement Mill Capping

   On July 28th, the MCC20 Group's Algeria SIGUS Cement Plant began to pour the last piece of concrete on the 23.6 m roof of the No.2 cement mill, and successfully completed it at 6:00 am the next day.

   As one of the key nodes on the main production line, the construction progress of the No.2 cement mill has always been the focus of the Owner and the MCC20 Group. MCC20's Project Department attached great importance to it, and after actively allocating resources and reasonably changing the organizational form, the construction progress of the whole cement mill area was significantly accelerated.

   The structure of No.2 cement mill is complex, the construction and technical difficulties are high, and it involves large span, large volume of concrete and high formwork and other sub-projects over a certain scale. The successful capping of No.2 cement mill not only confirms the feasibility of relevant technical schemes, but also accumulates valuable construction experience for the construction of No.1 and No.3 cement mills in the future, and provides convenient construction conditions for the installation of steel structures and equipment.
