上峰水泥（000672）7月23日晚间公告称，公司全资子公司上峰建材拟将航民上峰26%股权转让给萧山城建，转让价款为3111万元。本次交易完成后，公司及上峰建材将不再持有航民上峰的股权。
截至 2017年12月30日，公司持有航民上峰长期股权投资账面价值189.91万元，本次交易完成后，公司未来预计可获得投资收益约2,190.65万元(未经审计)，将对公司财务状况和经营成果产生积极影响。

上峰水泥拟在新疆北疆距离阿拉山口口岸70余公里的博尔塔拉蒙古自治州收购博乐市中博水泥有限公司（简称“博乐中博”）70%股权，股权转让价款总额为6,292.53万元。本次收购完成后，博乐中博将成为公司控股子公司。
