According to the requirements of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's Measures for the Implementation of Capacity Replacement in the Cement and Glass Industry (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's original [2017] No.337), Wuhai Liangzhu Cement Co., Ltd. transferred a new dry cement clinker production line with a daily output of 600 tons (capacity of 180000 tons/year) to Fujian Chunchi Group Xinfeng Cement Co., Ltd. On January 8, 2020, Fujian Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology announced the capacity replacement plan for the production line construction project of Fujian Chunchi Group Xinfeng Cement Co., Ltd. with a daily output of 5500 tons of cement clinker. Wuhai Liangzhu Cement Co., Ltd. has completed the demolition of φ2.9 × 42m new dry process cement clinker production line in August 2020, which is hereby announced.

At the same time, 180,000 tons of production capacity of φ2.9 × 42m new dry process cement clinker production line of Wuhai Liangzhu Cement Co., Ltd. is included in the annual cement capacity reduction task, and the replacement capacity shall not be reused, and the public is welcome to supervise.
