Recently, the Cement Association of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region issued the Notice on the Plan of Staggering Production and Stopping Kiln in Cement Industry in 2020. It is called to better implement the Notice of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Ministry of Environmental Protection on Further Improving the Peak-Staggered Production of Cement (MIIT Lianyuan [2016] No.351) and the Notice of the Department of Ecology and Environment of the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region on Peak-Staggered Production of Cement Enterprises in the Heating Season of 2019-2020 (Nei Gong Xin yuan Gong Zi [2019] No.460 ) In the spirit of the document, this plan is specially formulated on the basis of widely soliciting the opinions of cement clinker enterprises to do a good job in peak staggering production of cement industry in the region in 2020:
Scope of implementation:
all cement clinker production lines in the autonomous region.
Peak-shifting time:
(I) Carry out peak-shifting production in summer and autumn (July-October) according to the actual situation. In principle, the peak-shifting time in summer and autumn shall not be less than 40 days. The first off-peak production in summer and autumn lasts for 15 days, starting from 0:00 on July 22 and ending at 24:00 on August 5. The remaining off-peak time starts from September, and the continuous shutdown time for each time is not less than 10 days in principle, and the total shutdown time is not less than 25 days.
(2) The off-peak time of winter heating season is still implemented from November 15 to March 15 of the next year.
