阳泉冀东水泥有限责任公司投产以来，按照“减量化、循环化、再利用”的原则，不断提升使用各种工业废弃物替代天然矿产资源的综合利用率，每年可消耗约12万吨煤矸石、20万吨砂岩尾矿、24万吨炉渣、15万吨废钢渣、12万吨脱硫石膏，有效减少了工业废弃物对生态环境的污染。
